ive always been a weight watchers microwave meal fan... until I tried a store bought alternative and realised "weight watchers" were higher in fat, sat fat, salt and sugar!!

Added :) I'm going on a mass friend finding spree to help keep me motivated I figure if I surround myself with hotties I will be less likely to reach for the PIZZA!!!

I do this! I'm super good all week...then my weekend ruins it all. I weigh on a Friday/Saturday morning then by Monday ive put in 3-4 lbs and it takes me until the Wednesday-Thursday until I'm back to my weigh-in weight! (if that makes sense) But I'm loosing slowly...and I'm SO not willing to give up my weekends!

I have a very sedentary desk job. I'm in a tiny office - so nowhere to walk and like yourself I'm usually too busy to be wandering about aimlessly. So rather than parking close to work ive started parking 15 mins away. Not too far that I cant dash to my car during an emergency but far enough away to at least put 30 mins of…

Good post, I would also like to know if there is a way of doing this. it makes it so easy to slip over your allowance when your exercise calories are showing also!

stick at it, I had a bad week recently where I lost less than a lb and I had been SO good. the following week I lost 5lbs... some weeks our bodies just love to store water and try to put us off trying. im the worst for having a bad week/day and eating my entire cupboards as comfort. follow me if you need motivation :)

in the evenings after my dinner I always want something sweet. I have been having a cup of decaf (because I enjoy sleeping) coffee with sweetener. It tends to give me a sweet hit and by the time ive sipped my way through it my craving for naughties ha passed :) x

THIS!! ^^^ such judgement going on makes people feel ashamed of themselves. we are all here for the same reason at the end of the day....but everyones journey is different. Cheat days are most weekends for me! I love my social life, I love going to the pub for a drink and eating out with friends. I want to loose weight but not at the cost of loosing my life. I'm super good all week so that I can indulge in pizza and wine and Chinese food and chocolate and beer and FUN at the weekend :)
