I'm all about the smoothie. I make in and then drink it when i get to work. Usually i habe banana, strawberry, kale and ice. If i want extra protein, i add a little almond buttwr or yogurt.

Yay for shorties! Im 5ft, currently 135 and looking to loose 15 and get down to my pre-marriage weight. Its been a roller coaster with good weeks and hard weeks. Thanks for all the motivating words and ideas, everyone. I did not end up working out that day, but I also didn't beat myself up for it. I stuck to my calorie goals, and went to the gym bright and early the next morning.

I recommend the book Good and Cheap which is available for free as a PDF online. She has put together healthful, real meals at less than $5 a meal. Alot of it has to do with shopping smart and prep which she provides helpdul tips on both

I feel you. Going through the same. Haven't met my goals this week. My advice though is ti Sleep it off and start tomorrow fresh. Try not to judge and Shame yourself and let tomorrow be a new day. I'll be doing the same
