According to the places I get my quest bars they have one pricing and no discounts or sales. ..blah. I like the old formula better but hey the macros are amazing

While they are more expensive then pure protein it has more fiber....that alone makes it worth it to me. Plus the sugar alcohols leave a taste in my mouth from pure protein...don't get me wrong I like em still just prefer quest

I think cheat is the wrong term as well. I still call it that but my cheat meal is usually breakfast out and I am still very aware of what I am having and fit it in my calories.

It depends on the roast for me. Light to medium roasts I can take black. If it's dark then I need something to offset the bitterness

Just curious...why do we weigh raw....I've been putting in amounts I'm hoping is cooked cause that's when I tend to weigh it

Depends what you are eating totally. I have high blood pressure and I watch it like crazy. I am usually under. I make a lot of decisions based on sodium content. I may choose different things when grocery shopping due to this. It all depends if you eat a lot of prepackaged stuff. While it may be good on all the other…

I don't agree with the whole if someone eats or uses protein bars powders they can't figure out cooking food. They are a bar. A supplement for a healthier lifestyle. 1st I can cook but the bars give a quick easy start with all the macros you need. This leaves the rest of the day to make good choices and have a sensible…

Very rare now before was 4-5 times a week. Once and a while I get a wendys spicy chicken wrap can't get over those but still within my limits. Feel so much better. The salt was killing me especially with high blood pressure. Still when they come out with new things on TV commercials it calls to me but it fades and i tend…

Most fruit I don't care how much sugar in them. I track it bur don't put any emphasis on sugar. Only exception are grapes. Delicious things that I can't seem to stop eating and tons of sugar so I try to stay away from them or eat in moderation which is very difficult.

At home one shelf of our fridge is just 32oz bottles of water. I think there is something like 12-14 in the fridge...so it's always cold and ready to go. I tend to just keep grabbing them. For work I have a 32oz bottle that I try to fill up when empty.

I don't tend to feel like food or a big breakfast when I wake up so I grab a pure protein choc shake 23g protein and a banana. It seems to do the trick until I have lunch. Plus they are pretty tasty. It is not supposed to be a meal replacement but more of a snack. Does the deed and I love it and has helped get a deficit to…

I have gout and it is probably the worst pain I have felt. I am on allipurinol and for flare ups indomethacin. I have found nothing in my diet that triggers the attacks. I rarely drink and rarely have red meat. So I'll just keep chugging along taking the meds the doctor told me too

We have tried many. From a ninja to a blendtec. Loved blended for a while but really love the new nutribullet. Better for single serve options.
