  • Great Post! Totally drew me in! Green tea does help your metabolism but its not a cure all. I enjoy green tea but the only reason it has helped me is because I cut out coffee wit sugar and creamer and just drink plain green tea instead. Gives me a bit of energy along with a nice hot drink and no sugar/calories/ or fat.

  • Oh Ginette, you are just too kind. I wouldnt beat myself up if I was actually losing weight but Ive been at this for over a month and have lost only 3lbs where, according to my goals, I should have lost between 8-10lbs by now (2lbs per week).

  • I will stay up until 3am playing CODBlackOPS and eat snacks without logging them. But I am good about correcting the calories burned because MFP gives you WAY more calories than you actually burn so it only hurts you instead of helps. WATCH THE CALORIES YOU BURN ON YOUR MACHINE!!!! NOT MFP'S COUNT!!!

  • Pickles are NO calories, only sodium. And Lipton Green Tea Superfruit is NOTHING AT ALL!! I sweeten my cup with a tsp of honey which is only 20 calories. Ive been able to replace my coffee with tea in the morning!
