Just take one day at a time and slowly you with get that positive mind set again. I have been down this road my whole life and I always say never again but life always messes that up. I just stated back myself and I hope to follow through yet again!

Take one day at a time! If you can do one day it will motivate you to continue. I am trying to do the same thing but I also allow myself 1 cheat day a week. So if I crave something I get it out of my system and get back on track. I am starting with my nutrition first and will add in exercise as I go. I call it baby steps!…
