Getting back on track

Alright everyone. I need help getting back into it. I've stopped courting calories, I've stopped exercising. I've been trying to get back at it but just can't seem to do it. I haven't gained really any weight back but I really want to lose 30 more pounds. How can I get back into the whole thing? Anyone got advice, any qoutes, stories, anything to make me get back into routine.

    Take one day at a time! If you can do one day it will motivate you to continue. I am trying to do the same thing but I also allow myself 1 cheat day a week. So if I crave something I get it out of my system and get back on track. I am starting with my nutrition first and will add in exercise as I go. I call it baby steps! Rome wasn't built in a day
