Hmmm, I am pretty new! I guess I have a lot more to learn. I was a vegetarian for a long time so I have to learn a whole new lifestyle. When I first started I was eating 400+ carbs a day easily. How about somewhere in the middle? Jog/Run and go see a therapist! Exercise helps fight depression and seeing a therapist might help you break the chains from your food issues.
