I'm doing W5D3 tomorrow and can't wait! I know it'll be hard but I'll just go really slow so I can complete it. Speed will come later (I keep telling myself lol) Good luck!

I'm doing a 5k on Southampton airport runway on June 26th. Should hopefully be on week 8 of C25K by then. On week 3 now :-o

Hello! I just read about 5:2 on monday night and jumped straight in with a fast day yesterday! It went really well & was easy to do compared to all other diets I've tried. Not sure what my other fast day will be yet but I'm really optimistic about being able to stick to this :-) Can I join forces with you all?
