Has anyone else tried this? I got a relatively good sweat out of it and seems to be a pretty good “oh crap, I’m not gonna make it to the gym today” backup.

My copy came today, but I had already showered after my morning run so I’m trying it tomorrow! Bookmarking this though to follow.

I’ve only played this twice now so I have only learned the jabs, straights, hooks, and uppercuts. I thought it was a fun workout. I definitely felt it this morning in my arms, mostly in the muscles that engage on pulling back the punches. I guess I don’t use those often.

I’m not logging it so far because I feel it is more a strength-related workout (hence the soreness), rather than a cardio workout. I didn’t really sweat much with it so far, but that maybe comes as I add more punch variety and branch out in the songs.
