Hi
I've just started using this on the 10 day trial and loving it!
Just wanted to know what the number on the screen means. Seems like its different sections but does a 55 min class have 10 & 30 mins 5?
TIA

Possibly number of tracks, usual 55 min class I do at gym is 10 individual tracks, I've no experience of on demand service but there are shorter formats missing some tracks so this is my guess.0

Makes sense. Just wanted to see if I could tell how far through the workout I was & how long I had left of suffering!0 -
I do pump, combat and attack - definitely need to know how many left in attack, pump is set formula so easy to follow and know what torture is left - really like doing Les Mills classes.1
