I've tried all kinds to suppress my appetite mostly none of them work, drink tons of water. I did the low gi diet some time ago and found that really helped to curb my hunger not only that I lost tons of weight.

I'm on and off here all the time did really well my first week then messed it all up binge eating. Oops here I go again I'm going to do it this time. I've not ran for almost a year now! I've got a new partner and I'm piling on the pounds by the day. Hes lucky he can eat what he wants. Swimming sounds good it's meant to burn alot more calories than the gym. I hadn't thought about it but I think I might go on my next day off. Thanks for the add xx
