And I started using he premium app w mfp and it Has soooo many errors when you're customizing macros and when u add ur exercise in.

Just reading your reply. In order to lose fat u have to eat fat. I am taking in high protein and as for carb and healthy fats, I'm trying to do a higher percentage w healthy fats and and then the rest is carb.

Im just trying to aim for 50 to 100 grams on carb. Preferably higher w my fats. And high protein of around 123 grams.

Yes wanting to cut my fat. Keeping carbs low and eating the higher fats and proteins I'm full and satisfied all the time w no cravings. I am not cutting fruit though. I add 3 strawberries to my protein drink and or half a grapefruit.

I recently customized my macros. No note than 50 carbs. High protein and high fat... All equaling 100% ... But then my weight went up today. Not sure of maybe because I lift a good bit if my muscle and body carrying more water weight... I also noticed my body fat on the scale went up .1 Any advice there?

I am doing high protein and fats and about 50 to 80 on carb... Can anyone Advise w good opinion to this from experience or am I doing this wrong???
