I had joined WW last week, was good for 3 days, now not on. Not going back, have what I need to figure out points, or will do calories, but with fruit and vegetables free.

It's ok, thanks. I actually think I'm not gonna go, spend that kind of $$, instead might just set up a reward system for myself, I could use that $$, much more than them, I've joined there over a hundred times over the years.

Really "If you have no discipline, how would you get to the meetings " that wasn't very nice. Yes, I'm on an extremely tight budget, but I figured if I just went for a few weeks to get me back on track, and cut out the junk food, I shouldn't be having anyhow, I should try it for a couple weeks.

Thanks I'm trying to get more protein, I think the heat has really been getting to me. Places not air conditioning enough, not even where I live. I feel better tonight, it's strange, this morning I felt like I was going to pass out at work, went to DD got a large coffee, and tuna sandwich and felt all better. ☺

Thanks everyone, light headed, no fainting, minor headaches, extra tired, extra starving, tiny nausea, soooooo tired. Did I say extra hungry, just been a few days, maybe a week.

Well I'm about 3/4lb up now, how lovely. Would overeat put of annoyance, but having jaw issues, so only eating soft food today. Not feeling well, so my body is probably out of whack.

Otherwise sometimes I use spinach with a half banana, blueberries, really you can mix many different types together. In the winter use the bullet to puree veggies and heat in micro for soup.

I use my magic bullet sometimes, keeps all the fiber, I just bought spinach today, didn't see any fruit I wanted, so gonna puree the spinach with a container of yogurt. Not feeling well, so perfect when not up to chewing alot.

Ok logged food from today, came out good.

Not logging yesterday and today, will tomorrow. Haven't been feeling well. Ate very little today probably more than I thought. Maybe I'll log for the day now.

Exhausted tonight, didn't log my food, till way after I ate. Still within calories, I think, didn't measure everything.

Well I know the scale is not my friend, I weighed after two days and only lost 2 oz less than a lb. I guess I have to be patient, which has never been a virtue of mine.

Hi, so glad to see more wonderful people! Welcome. I know what you mean, it's my holiday as well, but I don't have any plans, so not cooking any of those dishes. I will probably try to fast next week, though.

Hi, all, welcome. I weighed this morning, and actually lost a lb. Since the first. So I guess I wasn't as horrible as I thought. Will log everything for 30 days, see what I can lose.

Excellent, welcome, we can post right here as many times as we want. to. I will be around a lot over the weekend especially. I don't have a lot of healthy choices for the next two days, but I'm still going to count everything. I did well for about ten days last month, lost five lbs, and haven't since. We can do this. ☺

I too have been binging after losing 5 lbs at the beginning of the month, now I'm afraid I'm probably gaining it back, I have a lot to lose, and have such trouble doing the right things day after day. I'm stressed depressed, tense etc.

I'm vegetarian/pescatarian(I eat fish/seafood). Protein was an issue for me before. There is protein in everything, even veggies. I love Chia seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I do eat tuna (pescatarian) egg beaters. There's always whey protein powder, or a protein bar. I also love lentils and split peas, as well as…
