Challenge to log everything starting 9/12

Anyone want to join, I need all the accountability I can get and give. ☺ I know if I do this everyday, I can lose @ least 10 lbs same time next month!!! Who's with me

    Hi, I'm in with you! I just downloaded this 5min ago, bought and am now wearing a new Garmin Vivo-fit 2 activity tracker and ready to loose 10 in a month.

    Excellent, welcome, we can post right here as many times as we want. to. I will be around a lot over the weekend especially. I don't have a lot of healthy choices for the next two days, but I'm still going to count everything. I did well for about ten days last month, lost five lbs, and haven't since. We can do this. ☺

    My friend and I are on day five of a twenty one day challenge to log everything good bad or ugly .... Only takes 21 days to change a habit

    New to MFP but this challenge is just right for me, I've always found it difficult to log everything every day.

    I'm in!!! I log everything, and my diary is open for anyone to see. There are no foods that are "not allowed" This is reality and if it's going to be my life, I need to enjoy it! Watching my portions. Trying to do a little better every day. ☺

    Hi, all, welcome. I weighed this morning, and actually lost a lb. Since the first. So I guess I wasn't as horrible as I thought. Will log everything for 30 days, see what I can lose.

    I'm with you. I won't start logging everything till Tuesday due to Jewish holidays. It's hard to account that it. But I'm going to do my best eating well.

    Hi! I'm new to this.... Could use an encouraging group to check in with. - I've never been a calorie counter.... I've been logging everything and it has been a big eye opener!

    Hi, so glad to see more wonderful people! Welcome. I know what you mean, it's my holiday as well, but I don't have any plans, so not cooking any of those dishes. I will probably try to fast next week, though.

    Well I know the scale is not my friend, I weighed after two days and only lost 2 oz less than a lb. I guess I have to be patient, which has never been a virtue of mine.

    Exhausted tonight, didn't log my food, till way after I ate. Still within calories, I think, didn't measure everything.

    I'm in it's great to have a great support system 10lbs closer to the goal. We can all do it.
