Definitely doing counting calories and eating healthier. Not weighing myself either, that never turns out well. I know when I'm doing the right things.
Anyone doing low carb, I really need to do that at least until Thanksgiving, or maybe I should just count calories. Not interested in weighing myself anytime soon, would just like to know that I'm doing the right thing, and losing some weight.
I think I have to join, I have no support system in the real world, and no discipline. I think I need the meetings, I can cut out the bagel and butter for $2.00 everyday, to make up that $$
Hi, I was diagnosed with that in my early 20s, I don't think that goes away, but I kinda forgot about it. In my 50s now, have all the symptoms. Thinking that's what bothers me. Anyone have low blood sugar?
