You can put whatever you like on them..... I easily make a variety of sandwiches that fit into my calorie goal. Some days I use mayo (heavier on calories) some days I use mustard (hardly any calories). I load up on lettuce, tomato, peppers or any other veg.

Lean turkey, chicken or ham. Egg salad. Peanut butter Cheese and veggies. Try marbled rye bread or veggie bread.

I'm also set at 1200....but often eat 1400ish (as the 1200 is on the aggressive side of the spectrum) I always exercise, sometimes as little as 200cal worth, sometimes as much as 1000ca. I tend to eat back about 50% of those exercise calories.

I eat back 50% or less. I'm such a skeptic.....I don't trust that I've actually burned what MFP and Fitbit says.

When cooking, I add some Madagascar vanilla paste and cinnamon. Then I choose a fruit. For the most part, walking is the only exercise I get. 'Calories out' is calories out, no matter how you achieve them.
