I am having no luck. The misfit app says it's connected to myfitnesspal but my misfit is t showing as an option on mfp. Very frustrating

I would trust your watch as it has the heart rate monitor so it actually says what you burn whereas the fitnesspal one is generic. Shall have to get some weights then I think and work up. I can do a girly push up but not a proper one. Quite sore from workout on Monday so had a rest day yesterday and doing some today but taking it easy and loosening up. Shall be back to working hard soon though.

I had never heard of blogilates before but searched and found the app. May have to try the beginner calendar myself. Anything that helps burn fat and build muscle along with my healthy eating is good by me.

Great thanks. Shall have to try some of those. I was thinking of doing the plank challenge. I can't do a push up for the life of me, just no strength in my arms to hold my own weight and no core strength either. Figured I can build myself up slowly and gain strength. Even tried a bit of yoga today.

Thanks very much. Added in some squats and lunges and crunches etc today so shall just try and add a bit each day and see where it gets me.

Hi. Same here. I am 32 and my son is 2 1/2. I have been fairly lazy since I was pregnant and not really managed to lose the weight I gained then. Started my diet and exercise a cpl weeks ago and hope to reach my goal over next few months. Will happily add you and we can motivate each other x

I have always gone up and down with weight and trying to lose about 6-10 kg now. Will happily help with motivation. Always harder to lose weight than to gain it especially if like me you love your sweet things

The Fitbit is fab. My fella got the Nike one and he doesn't like it at all. I have the charge and it's helping me a lot as I aim to keep up with my 10,000 steps a day and have started the exercise bike and elliptic too

Hi. I just got a Fitbit too and am trying to get fitter and lose a bit of weight. Having some friends and doing challenges would be great motivation for me too
