Have you been to your doctor about the pain? That concerns me first and foremost. I am so sorry you are hurting!! I would suggest figuring out the source of the pain first. As for this woe, just stay the course and keep doing what you are doing. Eat fattier cuts of beef, chicken thighs with skin, hamburger, sausage, eggs,…

My diary is open too and I log every day. Recently came back to this woe myself. Missed it soooo much... :)

I need that shirt for my daughter... Lol

 I ate an entire low carb monster thick burger for lunch.....have been craving it for days. It was so delicious!!! Might not eat the rest of the day as full as I am but I don't care!!

My gallbladder stopped functioning correctly after I lost 50ish pounds as well. No stones, just very low function. It's being removed this week. Good luck to you. I hope all is figured out for you soon. I never had blood in my urine so I am glad you are being seen by someone. Please let us know how you are doing!

In my experience you don't NEED to. Do you have a hard time going back to your normal way of eating after a slip up? If you do, I would start back at induction. Slip ups are not the end of the world you can come back.

My husband and I have 3 kiddos. I am lc (not the past few months due to gallbladder issues) but nobody in my family is. It was hard in the early years of my family when I was waffling from diet to diet. I would start lc and have an amazing first few days and then my husband would bring home my favorite doughnuts or potato…

I lose on both lower fat low carb and low carb high fat. For me lchf is head and shoulders above on satiety and craving control. Plus I loooove eating that way!

They trigger my cravings terribly. :( If they don't bother you and are helping, by all means continue using them!

:p Oh my gosh that is SO true!

Ooooh that looks so delicious. Thank you for sharing! I am not a sweet meat eater....so this is perfect for me!

Thank you so much for all of your responses! I have been reading what I can on the Internet and some of it is pretty scary! I am definitely going to look up Jimmy Moores wife's experiences. Thank you again. Y'all have really helped me feel better and more prepared.

I am glad y'all are as excited about planting as I am! I don't have pictures yet but so far I have a lot of basil, German & lemon thyme, two big Rosemary plants, sage, pineapple sage, as well as Greek & Italian oregano for the herbs. My kids planted a dried avocado pit and dried cherry seeds..lol. They check them every…

Mine are all low carb critters. They are so much healthier. We don't do raw with them...I would like to but not sure how and how sanitary it would be for our kids who are all up in the dogs faces constantly!

Hello! Thank you so muchfor your response!! I have no stones as well. Just a dysfunctional gb. :(. I am ready to just get it over with at this point. My husband was just teasing me that he will buy me some astronaut undies to get through the first year! He's so crazy! Lol

I am so ready to get back to lc!!! Worried about the dumping syndrome though....have heard a lot of not fun things about it. Thank you for sharing your experience with me!

I wouldn't try to boost with cookies and shakes. I, unfortunately, don't have a problem not being hungry....however I think it I were unable to make my goal somewhat consistently, I would add peanut butter to an apple or banana snack or hummus with fresh veggies and a small cheese stick to get close. Just small tweaks will…

Can you explain the white patches more thoroughly? Are they smooth skin, ridged around the edges or scaly?? I don't know what could cause it with lc eating but maybe we would have a better idea if it is possibly an allergic reaction or a natural skin pigmentation issue. I would suggest she see a dermatologist to figure out…

You always find the coolest stuff. I am going to check this out.

This is my go to as well. :)

For congestion I use a steamer/humidifier with a drop or two of eucalyptus and peppermint oil. I will take Tylenol or Advil for headaches. I take vitamins and bone broth if I can keep anything down. If it is really bad my husband gives me the NyQuil I so desperately try to avoid because he buys the liquid. Lol.…

We eat a lot of meat, fish, shrimp, eggs and greens! I sometimes eat cauliflower but prefer spinach and different lettuces/cabbages. Good luck. I love this way of eating.

Lol. So funny!! Mine will meow, curl up on my legs for a bit, then start knocking things off my desk until I get up. She is rotten....and I adore her fuzzy little self!

My Fitbit was something I loved....at first. Then I realized that it wildly overestimated my calories and had me climbing sometimes 50 flights of stairs per day. I don't climb stairs at all on an average day. So I called Fitbit and they sent me a new one. It didn't show the flights of stairs but the calorie burn was…

The taste/smell of my mouth does it for me....I chew gum as often as I can to keep from grossing myself out! Lol ;). I totally feel your pain.

I wake up almost every hour on the hour between bouts of hard sleep (just had blood work for thyroid issues and/or early menopause so will know more end of month). I will try gelatin and see if that helps this week. I have two boxes of Knox in the pantry and not quite sure how to use it but will do some research. My hair…

Yummy!! I am starving this morning and could eat your whole pan of hamburgers!! You could totally be the pied piper.... :D

I have given up on trying to convert my family. I just cook what they like and modify my own meal and theirs so we semi-mesh. My husband loves spaghetti so I make my lc meatballs and add theirs into the sauce and pasta. I have either just meatballs or if I'm getting funny looks from my husband, a meatball salad. Lol
