Lol, 32 pounds is awesome! Definitely take some new photos, even if you don't post them. You can decide later. Great work, keep it up!

The difference is in relation to the water content of cooked rice. It depends how you cook it (i.e. is it al dente or is it soggy) and every batch is usually a little different. The only true way to calculate would be to weigh your rice raw then weigh the cooked rice to work out how much water weight you have and use your…

Why don't you get a fitbit and see how many steps you actually take and what your heart rate does. It's ridiculous to think that just because you're being paid means you're not being active. What about professional athletes? They get paid! It all depends how active you are.... measure it!

I'm currently doing contest prep for a fitness model comp and my trainer has increased my calories to 1800 per day (I was inadvertently around 1600) with 40% protein, 30% carbs & 30% fat. I'm 5'9 and 64kg (approx 141lb) and I'm losing fat measurements on this diet. If…

It would be doubling up on steps definitely. Perhaps you should consider a fitbit that measures heartrate if you think you're being ripped off in calories burned. But keep in mind that none of them can really accurately measure that sort of thing. It's not an exact science.
