Sounds like one is giving the calorie info for cooked rice and one for uncooked/raw rice?2

When I put it into the app it comes up with the cooked version.
What should the difference between the two be?0 -
The difference is in relation to the water content of cooked rice. It depends how you cook it (i.e. is it al dente or is it soggy) and every batch is usually a little different. The only true way to calculate would be to weigh your rice raw then weigh the cooked rice to work out how much water weight you have and use your high school maths skills0
