for me that works is weighing my carbs in grams and my proteins in ounces. seems to help me!

Try Oatmeal and protein shake for breakfast. it keeps me full even during my workouts!

i to eat a lot of bell peppers and onions and i really don't know how to track them because i use all the different color ones.

ive been weighing my fruit and also been using USDA to see how may grams to put in.
