I bought BSN Syntha 6 Edge Strawberry Milkshake flavor and it tastes amazing. what are some good protein smoothies to make with this flavor?

    I was looking at Syntha 6, because my normal "go to" powder is sold out due to a sale. I've actually always been eager to try strawberry, so glad that's awesome that you actually like it!

    How much do you take per day, and do you use a blender/shaker/etc?

    I usually have two shakes a day! taste just like nesquick strawberry milk! i love it
