Most calculators that require you to input your exercise frequency have already factored exercise into your caloric needs. Meaning they are already factored in. Idk about the specific calculator you're referring to though. MFP has its own calculator as well.

The trick for me wasn't dieting at all. I eat the food I want to eat so long as they fit my caloric needs. Plain and simple.
