If I use Scooby's calculator and I put in light exercise, do I eat back my exercise calories or are they already figured in?

Most calculators that require you to input your exercise frequency have already factored exercise into your caloric needs. Meaning they are already factored in. Idk about the specific calculator you're referring to though. MFP has its own calculator as well.

Yes that calculator gives you a goal that takes into account your exercise.3

It's a TDEE calculator and you tell it the weekly amount and intensity of your exercises before it calculates, so it helps to be honest.0

If you use Scooby's TDEE formula you do not eat back exercise calories. You can manually change them to 1 if you want to log them. MFP's calculation does not include exercise so if you let MFP set your goal then you eat back some of the exercise calories.0

Thanks everyone!
