I was just wondering why last month I only lost 4kg instead of the 6kg the deficit should have given me

Didn't know that sounds really bad but I suppose I'm lucky I m at goal now and eating at a 250 calorie daily surplus to put on some muscle

I lift heavy 5 days a week and eat minimum 200 grams of protein

I'm on my last 4 kg after losing over 30 kg I just thought I will try power through it

Both 1.5 and 2lbs give me 1500 cals per day

My Fitbit charge hr is a bit overzealous with calories it gives me to consume.everytime I use it it gives me over a thousand calories to eat back for a hour of cardio at the gym so I only use it now to count steps and hours slept

I have been at a calories deficit for a long time and supplement with multivitamins in case I'm not getting enough from food

Ann I won't be restricting my food on purpose it's just I can't imagine needing food for awhile with how full I'm feeling now

Thanks for the replies and don't worry about me going on a binge I will be back on the 1500 calorie diet I'm normally on tomorrow it wasn't even me that ordered the food or chose the restraunt my friends surprised me with it tbh I might not even eat tomorrow I so full I can barely move lol

It was my birthday and I have been really good for the past 4 months

I weigh every morning at same time and place been roughly 87 kg for 2 weeks I lost weight before and it wasn't until 82 kg that it started slowing down last time stupid me stopped logging after I hit my goal weight last time but lesson learned will just have to do this for life this time round

Also I'm currently 87 kg trying to get to 75
