  • That sounds equally Delish!
  • Big salad with baby lettuce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, cucumbers, a tbsp of goat cheese and dressing made with lemon or lime juice, garlic and a slight bit of olive oil. Add chickpeas for protein or nuke a veggie burger and top with mustard. That's about 300 calories at most.
  • Oh this is so me. I just love to have some light ice cream or crackers at night. So I've started eating just a big salad at "dinner" and then later when I'm feeling peckish, I'll microwave a veggie burger or veggie dog and just put mustard and pickles or onion on it. Fills me up and at less than 100 calories. I drink a lot…
  • Try almond milk. Very high in calcium and better tasting than soy or rice.
  • I love all breads, especially whole grain so I've actually given up other things to offset having a couple of slices a day. I stopped eating regular peanut butter and full fat cheese. I make a couple of egg whites for breakfast and put them on a piece of whole grain toast. Delish.
