Quick Delish shake

one frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1packet Stevia sweetener

Blend well. High in calcium. For more protein, add plain Greek yogurt.

    this is definitely yummy. I do something similar but i omit the cocoa powder and do 1 scoop of protein powder (chocolate) and one tbs of pb2 powdered peanut butter. :)
