I just noticed I had my activity level at lightly act when I am exercising 6 days. Should I change it to very active to allow more calories?

I just started last Tuesday. I plan on checking in every Tuesday and I exercise 6 days a week at 45 minutes. I know I'm in the long haul and don't feel it's important to check every 2-3 days

Ok my TDEE shows me at 3736. I'm not even close to that. Today I'm at 1800 consumed which is 20 below my goal with 504 burned. I understand the 3736 is to maintain weight but even losing weight that seems like a huge deificit

I just started using a scale and measured cooked chicken. Looks like I may have to change that.
