I have now upped it to 1440 calories plus 500 cals on the days he doesn't want to eat solids and 300 on the days he does eat. Does that sound right and I eat back my nursing cals and half my exercise cals?

Hiya my 1 year old is 99% breastfeeding and just tries little bits for fun. Should I still stick at 500 cals? Also should I eat back 50 or 75% of my exercise calories? I hear MFP over exaggerates? Thanks

I should add I like the idea of tdee as I can just eat the same amount each day. I have yet to lose any weight.
