its intended for people just starting off and needing help with meal ideas. If you dont like that its a turkey burger recipe or the fact it is in my blog, please refrain from saying negative comments as it is there to motivate people to make healthier dinners and try something new!

@cwolfman Dark chocolate and almonds are my fave but since I'm trying to lose body fat % I try to avoid them because I cant juat have a couple lol i could eat sooo many..lol.. I try to keep gum on me!

I do month 2 insanity workout and my best advice it to eat 1 cup of complex carbs about 30 minutes before starting, you will find yourself lasting longer and your endurance will be stronger :)

@MandareenDream @chandler004 I've used it before but never stuck to it more than a day.. This forum and the food tracker definitely helps with eating habits I'm finding! Good luck to you ladies!!
