I quit about 16 days ago with the use of vape. The first three days were pure hell but now I'm fine. I do enjoy my blueberry flavored vape pen though. Pretty sure I went over my calorie allowance yesterday but I'm not sure by how many. It was home cooked foods for the most part. To my surprise I lost .6 lbs when I weighed myself this morning. I didn't log anything yesterday

Eat before you clock in and bring your own snacks. I'm pretty much surrounded by cakes, chips, cookies and soda 5 nights a week. Little Caesars gives us free pizza several times a week as well. It gets easier to just say no thanks as time goes on. I tend to eat more at home because I don't like eating around the clock.

Thanks for the links and the encouragement. At most I can do a tricep dip but as for a push up, not even close. My 52 year old co worker is 100 lbs soaking wet and beat me in arm wrestling. Going easy on the carbs and refined sugars helped. My symptoms disappeared once I made it out of the 200s. My largest weight was 240ish. Current in the mid 160s I'm not really sure if I had pcos or not but I certainly had a lot of issues related to weight and insulin resistance. Discolored skin areas improved too.

I work 11pm-7am 5 nights a week. My "mornings"start at 10 pm or so. So I usually eat "breakfast." I may pack a snack, sometimes I do, sometimes I just fast throughout my shift. I typically eat again when I get home. Sometimes prior to working out or after. I'm asleep by 3 pm so I generally eat two meals a day with some…

I don't particularly aim to have a large breakfast but whenever I do I do eat less throughout the day. It can't just be mainly protein or carbs though. Usually some combination of protein, fats and carbs
