Working nights

Are there any people on here that really struggle with weight loss whilst working nights. I work permanent nights and people always bring unhealthy snacks in etc and I always cave in. I want to eat bread and everything bad. Any tips?? Find it so hard. Thanks x

    Eat before you clock in and bring your own snacks.

    I'm pretty much surrounded by cakes, chips, cookies and soda 5 nights a week. Little Caesars gives us free pizza several times a week as well.

    It gets easier to just say no thanks as time goes on. I tend to eat more at home because I don't like eating around the clock.

    Yes I need to try harder.i loved fruit and ended up throwing all my fruit out. As it was fresh packs. Silly silly. Thanks
