Thank you! Yes, my little boy is so sweet! My husband is a great supporter. But you know, it was so much easier when I was younger. I'd lose 10 lbs easy. It's amazing. I didn't appreciate it lol

Thank you all. I try to take it one day at a time and focus on it daily. I'm a planner Nmand plan our meals each week. I need to take care of myself like I do my son and husband. I need to be a priority.

Thank you! I am trying to not make excuses and continue to do well. We have a scale and weigh my food, do all you say. I will move with him more often and be more involved. I try to do it all -clean house, raise my family, be a great friend and wife to my husband.

It's only been recently. I've lost 40 lbs so far, only 5 or 6 lbs left to my goal weight! :smile: I'll be up 2 lbs, down a lb. Hi! I had my son, who weighed 10 lbs 2 oz, 9 months ago. I'm using MFP to lose the "baby weight" and have 17 lbs left! It's harder than it looks haha Anyone else? -Ally
