Gaining weight?
I am set to take in 1,610 calories/day. I'm in the process of losing my "baby weight" and have lost 40 lbs! I'm super proud! But lately, I've put on 2 or 3 lbs. Each day it's a little more. I usually just weigh once a week but seeing the scale go up has me puzzled. I am always under my calorie goal, work out 3 days a week.…
