You're right, it's the "being patient" part for me. I have to just give it time. Thanks for replying Then the answer is yes. I also recommend getting a fitbit. I have the charge HR. It's really helping me. Though you don't need it to be successful, its the only thing that's worked for me. Good luck!

I eat at breakfast at 4pm lunch at 9pm & dinner at 3,am.. Though it's 2 different days I track that as one and it's working for me. I don't go to bed til 7am. So my stomach is pretty empty by the time I go to sleep. It took me a couple days to get use to that but now it's no problem. I was told to eat dinner a few hours…
