"There is no end to this journey." When this truly hit home, it really helped to "remove the urgency" of losing this weight overnight. I will never reach a day where I am at goal weight, "cured" and able to eat whatever I want, whenever I want and still maintain. At this moment I am learning and living a new way of life, treating myself along the way and plan on continuing this way of life indefinitely.38

^This mindset has helped me so much. Don't fret about the past, just decide to make healthy choices for today. This leaves the door open for treat days and is helpful when trying to break out of the all-or-nothing mindset.13 -
This image helped me when I started losing weight and after 15 lbs nobody had noticed...
As I moved along in my journey and started to learn more about overall health and fitness, I wanted to make sure I was doing everything the natural way. I eat cleanly, and while I'm not vegan, I eat very little animal products. I have embraced being part of Camp Gladiator, which is a bootcamp style workout (but so much more). In one of their videos the narrator says "The closer you get to nature, the harder it will be to hate your body." After my 2 year journey, and going through so many stages of hating my body, it just made me tear up. I love my body and everything it can do for me. Here's the video:

I got this from another thread where they asked what the best exercise to lose weight was : "fork downs and plate aways" lol still makes me giggle but it's so true .. N it is THE toughest10

This one. Weight loss is something that takes time and You wont see it tomorrow or even next week. It takes time to see the results and they are amazing. I have even used my interpretation to make my own mantra I tell myself when I want to eat something really fattening. I ask myself if it will be worth it in 20 minutes. If I eat this I won't care that I ate it because I will no longer taste it. I will feel guilty but either way in 20 minutes it will be the same either way so I avoid the guilt and pass. Weight loss is something that takes time and You wont see it tomorrow or even next week. It takes time to see the results and they are amazing.29

This really hit me because I was one to always say I'll start tomorrow, or Monday, or on the 1st .35 -
