Oh yeah, I start and stop so often. I'll loose weight then gain it back. My doctor recently told me to start a inflammatory diet due to my sciatic and bulging disc. I'm limited to so much activity right now. I've been eating lots of veggies and I have dropped at least 5 pounds this week.

Hi I'm 5"1' and a half. My weight keeps going up and down. I'm not constant with this. I should be but I'm lazy. I have no energy and always want food. I would love to lose 40lbs

How do u get more fiber? I take Centrum daily. An I only drink 36oz of water

I try to fill up on veggies, celery, carrots, lettuce, spinach, ect and eggs, meats cheese. It fills me up but then some days I just want breads, pasta and indulge! An if I do it's bad. Maybe the sluggishness is from the time change.

I know how u feel, even fruit bloats me. So I've recently lowered my carb intake. No pasta, rice, potatoes or bread.

It could also be what you're eating also. Watch your sugars and carbs. It's helped me out
