Me 3:LNS 2 Goal was nothing past 7pm - one night I was over by 10mins... But I'm calling that a win for me still! Think about giving up every night. Breaking bad patterns r a challenge to do- thabks for creating this group.

April 1st 7.5km-61mins and -2'C - sore April 5th 9km-71mins and -1'C throat/chest cold Plan to complete 10km April 10th local race. Hard time with ticker-thing setup- sorry. Emotionally proud I've persevered, physically sore and definitely brewing a cold or more! Wishing everyone the ability to keep step'n forward!

I've signed up to run a half marathon May 8th. April 1st I ran 7.5km very slow and sore (running day after total body workout). It was also my First outdoor run of the year and it was -2'C. So my goal is to work up to an 18-20km distance one time before May 6th!

Hmmmmmm well maintenance cals- I've never done when not training for events. Gosh I honestly never thought of it. I loose when I restrict cals to 1200-1500 cals.
