    April goals - 2nd month of this challenge

    No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
    Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
    This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

    Great idea... love the accountability! I'm a newbie and my goal is NO eating after 7:30 only water or tea.

    Quick tip one thing that helps me is to brush, floss and use mouthwash when you're done eating... after that you don't want to have to do it over again plus nothing will taste good anyway!

    This is my downfall so I'm hoping this will help with my accountability! Starting tonight no snacking after eight pm. Hoping it's not to late to join you all. I'm new to all this so please be patient wIth me.

    Happy April!
    Goals haven't really changed since last month.
    1) Don't snack after 8 pm on weekdays.
    2) Don't snack after 10 pm on weekends.
    3) Drink water and hot tea to help curb appetite in the evening.
    4) Eat a healthy dinner and save enough calories to have a small snack before cut-off times.
    5) Keep busy with puzzles, reading, card games...don't allow myself to become a tv zombie and mindlessly snack.
