    April goals - 2nd month of this challenge

    No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
    Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
    This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

    This is a great idea. Having some accountability will help me :smiley: since I'm late to the party I'll start with today. No eating after 7 except for water.

    • no snaking after 10pm 4/24
    • stay under calorie goal everyday.
    • walk 6/7 days a week.

    Thank you so much @GrandmaJackie! My mojo has been wavering lately, with some days eating over my calorie limit, but I've managed to not late night snack, miraculously.

    @TerriRichardson112 - You're doing so well! I love the way you set your goals. I'm an advocate for setting goals that allow for us to be human - imperfect - and really like how you do them. (Do XX for 24 of 30 days. Do YY for 6 of 30 days. Then you show how you're tracking on each.) I will ride my current goal through April, but may plagiarize yours in May! :wink:

    Used one of my later days as I didn't get down from putting the kids to bed until 9.30 :( my toddler is sick so I hadn't had dinner but I got a snack in before 10.

    Finish eating at 10 pm 5/22 nights of my choice.
