April goals - 2nd month of this challenge
No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

I'm really struggling to get anywhere with this challenge this month. There is still so much chocolate in the house from Easter and knowing that it's there is making it hard for me.1 -

I want to thank you too for starting challenge. I have been doing good during day by planning meal taking healthy food to lunch at work. Dinners are healthy. I joined fitness team. So that part is good. But. The evening gets harder. Husband snacks. I start snacking. It goes downhill from there. Then I get so defeated. Such a cycle.
No snacking after 7.30 pm. Unless I worked out and I have calories left and it isn't mindless eating I work out M w Th and get home 7 ish and eat healthy dinner. No snacking.4 -

I was way below my calorie total so I ate some nuts and tart cherry juice at 10:30 pm to bring up calories for the day to be closer to my mark. Nutritionist was concerned with me not reaching my calorie count for a few days so I felt compelled to have these healthy food choices.2 -

I was headed to kitchen for snack at 8.30 PM and told self NO. You don't eat after 7.30. Self said ok and drank water. Yeah a win on day one8 -
Drank a big glass of water before bed, no late snacks for this girl! #winning

I have a ton of chocolate in my house and people still bring it into work. So hard to walk away. But, my friend said her way of dealing with it, is every time you think of eating unhealthy do 5 Push-ups or 5 Squats. That deters me from all the chocolate. It's an unending battle. But, I am doing my best to win. Just stay positive. Yer doing great.3 -
