No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

OK, I am joining. I keep track of my food intake right now and my calories from 5:30 til late are literally twice (or more) than the whole day. I have terrible eating habits at night, terrible. I'm not sure what my deadline will be yet. I often do not get home until 6:30 or 7:00.
I'll start with a cutoff of 8 PM.4 -

I'm still trying to figure out what's best for me as well. I don't have time for breakfast or lunch most days. So I eat mostly in evenings. I can totally relate. Good luck to you!0 -
