No snacking after dinner 26/30 nights
Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

Goal was nothing past 7pm - one night I was over by 10mins... But I'm calling that a win for me still!

If it weren't for this challenge, I would be LNSnacking every night. I think about having a snack because I have calories left over but then think, my goal is nothing to eat after 7:00 pm and I have to face this log in every morning. Do I really want to break my streak? The answer is NO so it helps keep me in check. I do have a cup of tea between 7 and 8 pm because it helps to relax me and then am usually in bed by 9 at the very latest. It also helps that I go to bed early, too.

It is SOOOOO hard not to LNS.

However, starting yesterday my LNS only consisted of a glass of wine and one square of dark chocolate!!!!
Yay!
So I might add the category of WC: one small glass of wine and one square of chocolate.
(My Belguim dark chocolate is precut and in the fridge.)0 -

This is a great idea. Having some accountability will help me since I'm late to the party I'll start with today. No eating after 7 except for water.
