Can snack after dinner 4/30 nights but only on weekends.
This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

@TerriRichardson112 - You're doing so well! I love the way you set your goals. I'm an advocate for setting goals that allow for us to be human - imperfect - and really like how you do them. (Do XX for 24 of 30 days. Do YY for 6 of 30 days. Then you show how you're tracking on each.) I will ride my current goal through April, but may plagiarize yours in May!

Used one of my later days as I didn't get down from putting the kids to bed until 9.30 my toddler is sick so I hadn't had dinner but I got a snack in before 10.0 -
