  • Same weight this week, been diagnosed with bronchitis this morning so I won't be back at the gym for another few days still.

  • I'm SUPER sick, 2nd day missing work and I can't stop eating salty foods to comfort my sore throat :/ hopefully it'll be over and I can get back on track tomorrow..

  • Relative to this challenge: Starting Weight: 147 lbs Goal Weight: 130 Today's Weight:146 lbs Yep, I'm retaining a lot of water this week, I'm very bloated. I went up in weight this Sunday but I refuse to let it throw me off. I can see a difference in my stomach already, so I'm happy :)
  • Omg this looks amazing. My biggest obstacle is how much I bake so if I can get those flavors and not the calories that would be perfect!
  • In the theme of quinoa, here is a delicious fall recipe. It makes 2 servings, in MFP the calorie count came out to ~400/serving. I used vegan maple breakfast sausage by Field Roast. I find quinoa very filling so it was a great lunch. Apple Almond Quinoa with Maple Sausage
