Working shifts can be a pain. But you have the mornings to take advantage of the gym when it's quiet. Feel free to add for mutual support.

Ahh I was really looking forward to The Witcher coming out, but it was way too close for the release of Batman so I couldn't dedicate time to it, knowing I'd abandon it in a month. Not sure how much time I can dedicate to anything with my son on his way! Lol. :)

I only get FIFA every other year, so I'm waiting for FIFA 16 before I update. I'm currently playing FIFA 14 at the moment, waiting for the new Batman Arkham Knight to come out.

Each to your own, but I'm the kinda person who can't work if it's not a working environment, so it goes the same with a gym.

I want to reduce body fat, and increase muscle mass. Trying to eat healthy and go to the gym every other day with at least 30 min cardio and weight training included. I work shifts so I do well when I'm on lates but seem to slip when on the early shifts. Plus weekends are a struggle to eat clean.
