    I want to reduce body fat, and increase muscle mass. Trying to eat healthy and go to the gym every other day with at least 30 min cardio and weight training included.
    I work shifts so I do well when I'm on lates but seem to slip when on the early shifts. Plus weekends are a struggle to eat clean.

    They really are... I've had an awful week end food wise!!

    Trying to do the whole 'home gym' thing but I don't know if just joining a gym would be better

    Each to your own, but I'm the kinda person who can't work if it's not a working environment, so it goes the same with a gym.
