There is a dedicated night shift thread I believe

There is also a support and motivation section of the forum that might help you out more with advice.

I had a few false starts over the years due to varying factors. One thing that has helped me this time in the beginning was realising that you just need to make small changes, nothing drastic straight from the start. I focused on my food intake, tried to eat smaller portions - that was pre mfp. Then I joined mfp and worked only on eating a bit healthier and staying within my calories allotment for the day. Then it was moving a bit more so I walked my kids too and from school. Then I took a longer route. Then I added an extra walk to my day a few times a week. So on and so forth....
These small changes made it seem manageable and more attainable.
Everyone is different but that worked for me personally so far.

You can also search for night shift using the search capability which should be near the title of your post

Working shifts can be a pain. But you have the mornings to take advantage of the gym when it's quiet. Feel free to add for mutual support.
