Good way to kill yourself lifting without carbs. No energy and under a barbell. I did the low carb thing one day, and felt like crap when leaving.

As long as you don't do it the way I do it by giving myself a reward if I have room everyday. But, I do it, because I actually don't want to lose my remaining weight too quick.

Don't stress, that just makes plateaus worst. Just concentrate and find how to break it. They usually break by patience and diet and exercise changes. Cutting too many calories may induce plateaus.

I have had this. If you can move your arm above your head and bring it below, it is nothing to do with the rotators and is the bicep long head that goes in your shoulder. Any tall guys got tips on deadlift grip and best stance. I notice it is kinda hard to get a comfortable stance, but I keep a neutral spine and such. I came from 150 lbs to 315 in 4 mounths, but I'm wondering how effective is rest-pausing for deadlifts, and such?

Eh, if you use a treadmill, make sure you increase the incline per session and in-general so you can simulated running on real life surfaces. If you don't, it is harder to take that training to the street. The indoor track seemed better than treadmill to me.

Hey, I don't know if this helps other but it helped me. I focused on front squats and goblets to help my mobility. But what helped my pain was a wider stance, and doing more core exercises and hyperextensions for lower back. Mostly super obese people get loose skin. And even then, it is most age and duration. But frankly, lose skin is better than dying at 40 from heart disease, diabetes or hypertension.

It doesn't help Food Corporations mark food so weirdly by not showing the total servings in a total of an item. But I learned to make my own food instead of eating junk.
