I'd also like to add that the first time I lost the weight I used a low calorie diet that wasn't sustainable and didn't strength train. Now I'm eating my calories back and lifting weights to build muscle as I don't plan on gaining the weight back again!

Also changed my diet to add more protein through carb cycling.

21 day habit forming challenge- 1. Drink 64 oz of water 2. Eat 2 to 3 servings of fruit and veggies 3. No junk food 4. Be active at least 30 minutes daily!

I've lost 60 in the past and gained it back! It's so hard to start over again but possible as I'm almost at my goal weight again!

I have reduced calories and used a high carb diet in the past with some success. I think that adding protein, strength training, and tracking daily with MFP is what is making the difference this time around!
